What are some fun family activities we can do in Montreal/Quebec City? - fun family trips

We live in Toronto and surrounding area in late July or early August of this year we wanted to make a family trip to Quebec City or Montreal. We are a family with a child of 16 years, 11 years, and the parents are 42 years and mother of a father of 50 years. We are a family of more with us, has 2 children aged between 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. years and their parents about it.
