Negative test before period but still feel pregnant? - negative test but no period

I know it sounds crazy, but because I was impatient to try it, I tested this morning, but it is negative ... But could be missed, even before my time. I had some strange sensations, such as soda, cramps and just feel different. Hot flashes and I have not been good for a few days (as I am ill and hungry) at the same time. Whatever anyone have any ideas?
