Car Kennel Any Recommendations For How To Make An 8 Hour Car Trip Easier For 4 Cats?

Any recommendations for how to make an 8 hour car trip easier for 4 cats? - car kennel

I have my 4 cats from New York to Indiana. We plan to make at least one station, but with too many cases, a much longer journey. I have 2 kennels for the seat of the car, 2 cats in a cage, but I'm looking for any other advice on how to make the journey easier for them. In addition, when cutting suggestions on food or water, or if so, how? I love it from someone who a long journey with animals, has heard before.

I want to talk to your vet about sedatives. I know that my cat, if the fans in the car and is seriously ill. So when we moved, we had to reassure him. Ask if you can receive a test dose and, because the last thing you need, not enough medicine for the entire trip. Evidence of how drugs work before the trip was very good and time trials, also see the impact of each cat. My husband had to take two different medications, both you and them was very angry and hungry, so I gave him another, and it has worked very well. But I did, because I respond to messages, MD, I would ask your vet to switch medications if they like my response. The vet can tell when they cut food and water. Good luck with your cats and their movement. Be careful when moving.

Sounds like a pretty crazy trip! I travel (by air) with several cats too early to check the site for cat tips from a few weeks. Www.catster.com on the website has a useful forum for "cats and Travel," where people talk about the transportation of their young and how it safer / easier / comfortable.
To learn more about my cats, all appears to be saved from the streets and on a website (since there are still many houses) You can read about them in http://www.kittiesinthehood.com
Hope you on Catster.

Benadryl. Ask your veterinarian about the amount, but Benadryl help you relax and makes it more fun. I think you can give a whole tablet per cat, but ask your vet.

Talk to your veterinarian about the extent and duration of the trip and ask what he or she recommends. I think I could recommend a mild sedative for her, and if so, they would talk about the food.

As horrible as it sounds, you can light from a company tranquilsers (veterinary tablets) and it would be interesting to relax them, half or quarter each for most of the journey.

I used to give my cat for the night, because he was a psychotic and could not sleep and now it has become much calmer.
