Midwest Brewing Why Can You Not Fine Fresh Brewed Sweet Tea In The Midwest?

Why can you not fine fresh brewed sweet tea in the Midwest? - midwest brewing

It seems that you go to Georgia or Alabama before you can find. I'm from the Midwest and moved to Florida, and a sweet tea instead of soda, but now I'm back in the Midwest wanted to know if anyone knew why.

OK, I tea too sweet, here's what Wikipedia says about it is:

"The line of sweet tea is the boundary of the region, used in the" sweet tea "and generally accepted. To the north is the boundary of the Ohio River, with the exception of areas in Southern Indiana, Evansville, Indiana and part of the Louisville, Kentucky area. It's somewhere west of the Mississippi River, including Texas, Louisiana and parts of Oklahoma. "

There are a few recipes on this site, you must be a great for you!

The sweet tea is not popular in the north, even in more urban areas like Detroit or Chicago. I am not aware of who is here ... Although Logan's Roadhouse has something similar.

On the otherhand, Vernor Ginger Ale is rich and delicious ... and can not in the south!

I live in North Carolina now (although origionally Oregon) and also love sweet tea. I think it's just a Southern thing. My advice is to find someone to show you how.
A friend told me over 6-8 tea bags and steep until it is nice and strong, then add a cup of sugar to use is still hot tea. Pour on ice ... too hard, if a little water.

Tea you can drink when and where you can do. Use a container with 1 liter, 13 tea bags, and 2 ½ cups of sugar. Boil water, tea bags in the same place and make it back when the container is cold to the touch. Press Carefully remove and add the tea bags and sugar. Mix well and pour over ice.
